4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Where We Store Your Data

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Google Cloud Platform (GCP), primarily located in the asia-south1 region (Mumbai, India). This means your data is stored within India in compliance with data localization requirements. Some data may be processed in other GCP regions for redundancy and performance optimization.

4.2 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
• Access Controls: Access to personal data is restricted to authorized employees who need it to perform their job functions, subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
• Password Security: Passwords are hashed using secure one-way hashing algorithms. We never store plain-text passwords.

5.1 Image Upload and Processing

• When you upload an image, it is temporarily stored on our secure servers.
• The image is processed by our AI models to generate a 3D representation.
• Processing typically takes 1-3 minutes.
• Images are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

5.2 Image Deletion Policy

• Uploaded Images: Your original uploaded images are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing completion.
• Generated 3D Models: Your generated 3D models are retained for 7 days to allow you to download them. After 7 days, they are automatically deleted unless you have saved them to your account.
• Thumbnails: Small preview thumbnails may be retained in your generation history for your reference. These can be deleted by clearing your history.

5.3 What We Don't Do

• We do NOT sell or share your images with third parties.
• We do NOT use your images to train our AI models without explicit consent.
• We do NOT access your images for any purpose other than generating your requested 3D model.
• We do NOT retain your images longer than necessary for service delivery.
