or initiate a 3D generation, you cannot request a refund under any circumstances.

and transactions made on our platform. This policy applies to all users, including individual
consumers, businesses, and enterprise customers, without exception.
We understand that a no-refund policy may seem strict, and we want to be completely transparent
about our reasoning. This page explains our policy in detail, the rationale behind it, and what
options you have if you encounter issues with our service.
By making any purchase or payment on Rage3D, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. What This Policy Covers
Our no-refund policy applies to:

Wallet Recharges: Any funds you add to your Rage3D wallet are non-refundable.
This includes payments made via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or any other payment method.

3D Generation Fees: The ₹99 fee deducted for each 3D model generation is
non-refundable, regardless of the output quality or your satisfaction with the result.

API Usage Charges: Any charges incurred through API usage are non-refundable,
including failed API calls due to invalid inputs.

Unused Wallet Balance: If you choose to close your account, any remaining
wallet balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

Subscription Fees: If we introduce subscription plans in the future, those
fees will also be non-refundable once the billing period begins.
3. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
We recognize that a no-refund policy requires explanation. Here are the key reasons behind

including input image quality, lighting, object complexity, and the limitations of
current AI technology. We cannot guarantee specific results.
🎯 Transparent Pricing
We keep our pricing low (₹99 per generation) specifically because we don't build in
costs for refund processing. A refund policy would require us to significantly increase
prices for all users.
🔒 Abuse Prevention
Digital goods and AI services are particularly vulnerable to abuse. A refund policy
could enable users to get free generations by requesting refunds after downloading
their 3D models.

6. Technical Issues and Support
While we don't offer refunds, we do provide support for technical issues:
6.1 What Qualifies as a Technical Issue
- Generation fails to complete and no output is produced (server-side error)
- Downloaded 3D file is corrupted or won't open
- Duplicate charges for a single transaction
- Account access issues preventing you from downloading your models
6.2 What Does NOT Qualify as a Technical Issue
- Output quality doesn't meet your expectations
- The 3D model doesn't look exactly like your input image
- Texture or geometry artifacts common in AI generation
- File format not compatible with your specific software
6.3 How to Report Issues
If you encounter a genuine technical issue, please contact our support team at

- Your account email
- The task ID of the affected generation
- A description of the issue
- Screenshots or error messages if applicable
We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may provide a free regeneration credit if
the issue was caused by our systems.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We take payment disputes very seriously. Please note:

Do not file chargebacks without first contacting our support team. Most
issues can be resolved directly.

Filing a chargeback for a legitimate transaction is considered fraud and may result in
immediate account termination.

Accounts associated with chargeback fraud will be permanently banned from using Rage3D
services.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.

8. Account Closure
If you decide to close your Rage3D account:
- Any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
- You will lose access to your generation history and saved 3D models.
- This action is irreversible.
We recommend using up your wallet balance before requesting account closure. Alternatively,
you can simply stop using the service—your wallet balance will remain available if you ever
return (assuming your account is in good standing).
9. Exceptions
The only exceptions to our no-refund policy are:

Duplicate Charges: If you are charged twice for the same transaction due
to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge.

What if my generation completely fails and I get no output?

contact our support team. We may provide a free regeneration credit at our discretion.

I accidentally recharged too much. Can I get a partial refund?

No. All wallet recharges are final. However, your wallet balance doesn't expire, so you can
use it anytime in the future. We recommend recharging smaller amounts if you're unsure about
your usage.
What happens to my wallet balance if I close my account?

Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited upon account closure. We recommend using up your
balance before closing your account, or simply leaving your account open indefinitely.
Is this no-refund policy legal in India?

Yes. The Consumer Protection Act 2019 and e-commerce rules allow businesses to establish
their own refund policies for digital goods and services, provided they are clearly
communicated before purchase—which we do on this page, during checkout, and in our Terms
